At CIVID Apparel, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
